    She has become a little web star thanks to two hands that intertwine soy, perfectly designed, so as to create an extraordinary optical effect.

    Osbelit García is a student of the 43 ARTES group of the municipality of Tixtla, which brings together young people, children and adults by teaching them how to paint without wasting their skills.

    The little girl has been painting since she was three, she has always done it with few economic and material resources. But she slowly with her pastels has managed to exhibit the first five works of her, demonstrating that there are no limits when you are determined to achieve a goal.

    Osbelit García belongs to a Mexican tribe and dedicates his most important painting to them: “Hands of my people”, in which he depicts the hands of his great-grandmother intertwining soy palm trees.

    “I started drawing from an early age, I love drawing. At 11, the teacher Saúl Meza García who arrived in my community encouraged me to do it, to paint ”, remembers Osbelit.

    Thanks to the teacher, the girl gives vent to her talent and begins to become familiar with pastels. She begins to make paintings in chiaroscuro, but above all to represent people, places and objects that represent her origins, her tribe.

    Her passion is also encouraged by her parents who follow her in every show. With the money from the sale of some paintings, she bought other material. What can I say: wanting is power!
