It has been waiting for the owner in the place where he died for a year, it is the Greek Hachiko whose moving story has thrilled the world.

He is about to end up run over, his mother saves him

Too often, animals are treated as objects to be made and unpacked at will, but stories like this should make those who consider them soulless reflect. This man's dog named Haris, died in a car accident when he was 40, he never left the place where the tragedy took place, where the votive shrine in his memory has been placed ever since.

Despite the man's neighbors trying to adopt him, the dog clearly refused running away each time to return to the place of death. Nafpaktianews Web TV told this in a video posted on YouTube, where further details of the moving story are reported. Haris, the dog's owner, lived alone and since he is gone, the latter spends every day right on the scene of the accident, located a few kilometers from their (former) home.

The dog, who was nicknamed greek hachiko, in memory of the famous Japanese Hachikō, he lives right next to the votive shrine, where some local residents have built a kennel for him, leaving him a bowl with water and food, and it is also possible to leave donations to feed him now that he is all alone.
