If loneliness is a choice and is limited to a limited period, it can also have positive implications. Go home, take a hot bath, read a book, don't cook if you don't go there, listen to your favorite music and still stay at the window with your four-legged friend.
These are all positive aspects of living alone, even if at times we do not realize it, perhaps because we are too busy with the desperation of remaining in this condition forever.
The Korean artist Aeppol represents this state of mind in his beautiful illustrations, where he draws in a certain sense the joy of solitude.
“The fairy tales, the dreams, the little wild flowers and the white clouds in the blue sky, are little everyday things that make me feel special, and all this is the protagonist of my drawings,” he explains.
Through his illustrations, the artist represents perfect harmony with nature. Aeppol lives immersed in the forest and for her drawings he draws inspiration from the quiet life and silence of the woods.
