The portal, in fact, has been adapted to the latest legislative provisions, which have extended the tax deductions by 55%, raising them to 65%.

The Enea website is online and must be used for electronic submission the mandatory documentation to be able to take advantage of the tax deductions for the energy requalification of buildings. The portal, in fact, has been adapted to the latest legislative provisions, which have extended the tax deductions by 55%, raising them to 65%.
With the entry into force of Legislative Decree No. 4 of 2013 June 63, the amount of the tax deduction for energy efficiency interventions of the expenses incurred from 06/06/2013 is, in fact, higher by 15 percentage points than before. They remain confirmed the deduction limits already provided for the various interventions pursuant to the various paragraphs and the procedures to be followed to access the incentives.
These deductions are extended until 31 December 2013 and in the case of interventions relating to common parts of condominium buildings or which affect all units of a condominium, until 30 June 2014. ENEA is the person, appointed by law, to send the mandatory documentation to take advantage of the deductions and, in this context, also plays a role of technical assistance to users.
The documentation, therefore, must be sent electronically. And now the portal has been updated for the inclusion of practices in accordance with the new provisions:
