How to find the funds to be able to support the initiative? One of the possibilities could be there auctioning of CO2 emission allowances. In any case, the replacement of heating systems with high-efficiency and geothermal heat pumps and the replacement of traditional boilers with heat pump boilers could be excluded from the 55% deduction.
