Citizens will therefore be able to carry out energy efficiency and anti-seismic adaptation works on two real estate units, whether they are single-family, multi-family or condominium.
The majority amendment was given the green light by the Commission and provides that each citizen can benefit from the Super eco-bonus for two homes.

Furthermore, the possibility of recognizing the tax deduction to citizens, or the tax credit to companies, is envisaged in the event of a discount on the invoice or sale, also for expenses or invoices issued in progress.
The amendment also provides for an extension of the Superbonus to the IACP, Autonomous Housing Institute, until June 2022 in order to facilitate public housing.
Finally, the law allows the Superbonus to be applied also to interventions for connection to efficient district heating systems in mountain municipalities, as well as to non-profit organizations of social utility, voluntary organizations, amateur sports associations for changing rooms and those for social promotion.
Unlike what was reported in the previous draft, however, we will no longer be able to take advantage of the bonus for the condominium flue but in return it can be done for the properties of sports clubs.
Now we await the conversion into law of the expected decree by 18 July and the issue of implementing decrees, as well as the circular of the Revenue Agency within thirty days of the conversion into law.
