New aid for the families of Lazio. The Region has made available a summer camp bonus, intended for families with children between 0 and 19 years old. There was time until July 9 to submit the application but today the list of accepted applications is finally public.

As part of the “Plan for childhood, adolescence and the family”, Lazio has provided 17 million euros to help working parents. The good news is that the use of vouchers covering the period from June to September 2020 is compatible with similar national measures, so those who have benefited from the Covid bonuses for babysitting and summer camp services can also apply for this.

How can it be used

The voucher can be used in various ways, depending on the age of the child or young person. It is useful for paying for: summer centers, services for early childhood, social agriculture, sharing educational activities, pet therapy, hippotherapy, recreational and similar play activities, individual activities, cultural activities, educational activities organized in formal and informal contexts to be carried out in public parks, natural reserves or parks, archaeological parks, amusement parks, outdoor sports centers / facilities, parishes, educational farms, green areas attached to schools and other contexts / activities that still allow environmental pedagogy and socialization, etc.

The voucher can also be spent, depending on the age of the child condominium babysitting and baby sitting services.

The requirements

To get it you need to be in possession of some requirements:

both parents (or the single parent in the case of single-parent households) must be resident in the Lazio Region;
parents must (or must in the case of a single parent for single-parent households) have one or more dependent children aged between 0 and 19 at the time of submitting the application
must (or must in the case of a single parent for single-parent households) have an income for IRPEF purposes relating to the 2019 tax year referring to the family unit or to the single parent in the case of single-parent households not exceeding € 50.000,00.

How much is

As stated in the announcement, the value of the voucher varies in relation to the age groups of children and young people and varies from € 800 for the 0-3 age group to € 200 for the 15-19 age group. Furthermore, in case of disability, in addition to the voucher provided for the age group, the amount of 700 € is added.

The vouchers will be issued until the resources are exhausted. To submit the application, exclusively electronically, there is time until 18 pm on 8 July 2020.

List of applications accepted and payments

The list of accepted applications has been published on the Lazio Region website. You can see it HERE and, using the magnifying glass, look for the identification code of your question. This is the alphanumeric recognition code assigned automatically by the system to the declaration (you can find it in the receipt of the application sent).

Furthermore, vouchers are already in payment. The first transfers of the amounts due to families are already arriving this morning, so check your current account.

As you can read on the Lazio Crea site of the Region, in the next few days, subsequent lists of questions will be published currently in progress.
