A batch of Strolghino salami from Salumificio Ducale was recalled due to the possible presence of Listeria monocytogenes
Don't store avocado like this: it's dangerousThe Ministry of Health reported the recall by the producer of a strolghino salami. In particular, the alert concerns a batch in which the presence of Listeria was found.
This time the recall concerns a salami, specifically a strolghino salami sold in pieces of about 200 grams and produced by Salumificio Ducale Srl, in the factory in via Macello 10, in Colorno (province of Parma).
In particular, avoid consuming the following batch:
- Z43S - production date 28/10/2021
As stated in the recall, the problem encountered in this product is the "presence of Listeria monocytogenes following official sampling carried out by the competent authority ".

The company that voluntarily recalled the product recommends not consuming it but returning it immediately to the point of sale.
