Street art: London's telephone boxes become fantastic green corners

    It may happen that walking the streets of London before you appear a work of street art, or a phone box completely hand painted that recalls the colors of the vegetation.





    The credit goes to the emerging artist Andrea Research, already known for his street art creations e street furniture and for having contributed to the realization of the Treebox installation in Southampton Row, which is a wall completely full of urban vegetation.

    Now the artist carries on his project, Living Box creating green corners around the capital. With oil paints and varnishes it recreates leaves and vegetation in plain black phone booths.

    A work of street art made to raise awareness among citizens but also the London administration, to create more green spaces in the city. According to Tyrimos, in fact, contact with nature creates well-being and improves the quality of life.
