On the occasion of Halloween, here is the Yarn Bombing raging again in the United States. They will all be ready to smile in front of this wonderful magnolia tree, transformed into a Giant Squid and colorful, in view of the night of the witches. It is probably the best example of Guerrilla Knitting we have ever seen in photography.
The tree disguise was handcrafted by two sisters, Jill and Lorna Watt, using over 4 miles of yarn. The wonderful tree can be seen in Foster City, in California. It took 20 hours of work with a knitting machine to make her dress and 14 hours to install it. The two sisters are true knitting artists.
