Spicy pickled asparagus, the recipe to prepare a simple and tasty preserve for the winter
Spicy pickled asparagus, prescription quick and easy to prepare them at home. This preserve vernal allows you to taste these precious vegetables as a side dish or appetizer even in winter, perhaps accompanied by homemade croutons and sauces.

A quick cooking in water and vinegar will make the asparagus very tasty and the addition of freshly ground pepper and chilli will give it a strong character that you will surely appreciate.

How to prepare spicy pickled asparagus: procedure
- To put in a large pot the water, the vinegar, the chopped peppers, the salt and the ground pepper if possible on the spot and bring to a boil,
- meantime cut the asparagus into pieces about three centimeters long,
- when the water and vinegar will come to a boil, dip the asparagus into it and cook them for five minutes,
- cooking when finished, remove them from the pan with a pizza and place them in the already sanitized jars,
- Than we cover with the cooking liquid,
- to close the jars and put them in a pot full of water and pasteurize for twenty minutes.
How to store spicy pickled asparagus:
Spicy pickled asparagus can be stored in the pantry away from sunlight and must be consumed within five / six months.
