The module that we have already known in recent months will be used again - with the necessary changes - in the Regions where the so-called "curfew" was announced: in Lombardy and Campania it is no longer possible to move between 23pm and 5am, in Lazio from 24, except for work needs, emergencies, health reasons or to return to your home or residence.
Three, therefore, opted for more stringent measures: the Lombard governor Attilio Fontana signed, together with the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza, the ordinance that allows only travel motivated by proven work needs or urgent situations, providing in every case the return to their home, residence or residence.
Curfew in Lombardy, stop to travel from 23pm to 5am and self-certification obligation
The same path followed by Zingaretti in Lazio and by Vincenzo De Luca who, indeed, in Campania has chosen an even harder line: in addition to the night lockdown, the new rules provide for a limitation of travel between provinces, if not justified "For reasons of work, health, education, social welfare, supply of essential goods".

Self-certification in Lombardy
The order signed by Attilio Fontana and the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza provides for the closing at night in the region from Thursday 23 October from 23pm to 5am.
Also, on Saturdays and Sundays closure is arranged of:
- large sales structures
- retail businesses present in shopping centers
On the other hand, the shops selling:
- foodstuffs,
- pet food and products,
- cosmetic and personal hygiene products,
- home hygiene products,
- plants and flowers and related accessory products.
Pharmacies, parapharmacies, tobacconists and monopoly retailers also remain open.

In Campania
Here, the ordinance no. 82 provides from today 23 October 2020 also the prohibition of travel from the province of residence or habitual domicile to other provinces of Campania, except for travel related to needs - "the occurrence of which will be self-certified under personal responsibility, pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000 " - related to:
- health reasons
- proven business reasons
- proven family reasons
- school reasons and / or related to training and / or social assistance activities
- other reasons of urgent need
While the return to one's residence or habitual domicile remains permitted.

And in Lazio
Here, according to the new ordinance, movements are prohibited from midnight and always until 24 the following day "except for movements motivated by proven needs (by way of example, for workers, the journey home, residence and residence to the place and vice versa), and for travel motivated by situations of necessity or urgency, or for health reasons ".
Furthermore, starting from Monday 26 October, integrated digital teaching will also be strengthened in secondary school institutions and universities. Second grade secondary school institutions increase the use of integrated digital teaching for a share equal to 50 percent of students, with the exclusion of students enrolled in the first year, while universities increase the use of integrated digital teaching for a share equal to 75 percent of students enrolled, with the exclusion of training activities that require physical presence or the use of equipment.
