With July, the rainbow of colors that nature offers us is truly at its maximum splendor. This is the month when tomatoes finally let themselves be picked and allow us to enjoy their freshness and their juicy and fragrant flavor.

But it is also the month in which we can dedicate ourselves, perhaps during the pleasant evenings, to a relaxing activity of storing and preserving summer delicacies, to be enjoyed during the gray winter to make us remember the smells but above all the tastes of the garden: aubergines and courgettes. in oil, strawberry jam, cherry or apricot nutritious.

So what does this hot month have in store for us in which we can boast of having not only lightness but also lots of taste on the table?




Collecting it from your own garden on the balcony, washing it gently and finally enjoying it is certainly much more than a simple pleasure, perhaps even a welcome first prize.

Red and round how can you not keep them ready in the fridge for every occurrence? In salads, seasoned alone with a little olive oil, as a cooked or raw condiment for a real "alpomodoro" pasta, these rich summer fruits are also very precious if used as containers to prepare succulent stuffed tomatoes with couscous or with rice. And what about a fresh one panzanella with basil to be enjoyed on the return of a long and tiring day at the beach? Not to mention the homemade sauce.

Plums or Plums
