With July, the rainbow of colors that nature offers us is truly at its maximum splendor. This is the month when tomatoes finally let themselves be picked and allow us to enjoy their freshness and their juicy and fragrant flavor.





But it is also the month in which we can dedicate ourselves, perhaps during the pleasant evenings, to a relaxing activity of storing and preserving summer delicacies, to be enjoyed during the gray winter to make us remember the smells but above all the tastes of the garden: aubergines and courgettes. in oil, strawberry jam, cherry or apricot nutritious.

Lettuce

Tomatoes

And what about a fresh one panzanella with basil to be enjoyed on the return of a long and tiring day at the beach? Not to mention the homemade sauce.
