Seasonal fruit and vegetables, what do we bring to the table in April? Leaving the winter behind, we welcome this beautiful spring season with open arms which with its warm warmth finally brings the sprouting of the seeds planted in our small garden on the balcony.

And with the spring the time has also come to do some good feasting of fresh fruits and vegetables, typical of this season, refreshing nutrients and suitable for preparing our body for the hottest temperatures and the our skin to sun exposure.
