How to prepare the potato and spinach savory tart: procedure
- To clean and rinse the sweet potatoes, chop them coarsely and put them in a pot full of cold water,
- put on the stove, bring to a boil and cook until easily skewered with a fork,
- Than we remove them from the water and mash them immediately with a fork to obtain a puree.
- Season the mashed potatoes with oil and salt and line a tart mold with parchment paper,
- transfer the potatoes in the mold and flatten them with your hands, thus covering the bottom and the edge of the mold,
- season spinach with cheese and transfer them to the mold,
- sprinkle them on the surface with more cheese and with the help of parchment paper fold the edge inwards,
- cook in a hot oven at 200 ° for about twenty / thirty minutes or in any case until completely golden.
- Cooking when finished, remove from the oven immediately and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
- The pie salted potatoes and spinach can be served either lukewarm or at room temperature.
