How to prepare roasted chickpeas procedure
- To put the chickpeas in a bowl, cover them with water and soak them for twelve hours,
- passed which drain and rinse them under running water.
- Place them now in a bowl and season with oil and paprika,
- transfer them in a pan lined with parchment paper,
- add rosemary,
- bake in a hot oven at 200 ° and cook for about thirty minutes, taking care to move them often during cooking in order to obtain a homogeneous toasting,
when cooked, remove from the oven and cool,
- a once cold, the toasted chickpeas can be served.
One more tip:
To obtain even more spicy chickpeas, it is possible to add chopped rosemary to the paprika and oil, possibly mixed with chopped sage.
