Ricotta and strawberry mousse, prescription a no-bake dessert to be served at the end of a meal or even at snack time. Perfect for young and old, this spoon dessert remains full-bodied, velvety and can be prepared in just a few minutes.

An ancient recipe of French origins, mousse is a food compound that during its processing incorporates small particles of air that make its consistency lighter than the classic cream. Whether prepared with sweet or savory foods, it often has many variations that also include the use of thickeners.

Low in calories and quick to prepare, our mousse does not need rest time, so you can enjoy it even immediately after preparing it. To make it, we urge you to choose seasonal strawberries, possibly organic and zero km, to then combine with ricotta, yogurt and a little powdered brown sugar.
If you want to indulge yourself in the kitchen, you can also prepare baskets of shortcrust pastry with oil and use the ricotta and strawberry mousse as a filling.
