Two batches of KOS branded bamboo supplement triggered for ethylene oxide and 2-chloroethanol contamination

The Ministry of Health has just recalled two batches of this product for contamination from ethylene oxide e ethylene hydrochlorine, two toxic chemicals. The two substances were found in the Bambusa arundinacea raw material, which is used in the Bamboo supplement which is taken to improve the health of nails and hair.
The retired supplement is sold in packs of 60 capsules. Here is the sheet with the two lots withdrawn and all the other details:
