Don't store avocado like this: it's dangerousOn his NaturaSì website he reported the recall of two batches of organic Shiitake mushrooms. These are Arche Naturküche brand products. The alert is due to the presence of sulphites not declared on the label.
The recall was wanted by the producer Arche Naturküche and concerns in particular two batches of organic Shiitake mushrooms sold in packs of 40 grams. The products to pay attention to have the following minimum storage terms (Tmc):
- 31/08/2022
- 30/11/2022
As stated on the NaturaSì website, the reason for the recall is the "Lack of SULPHITES allergen declaration on the label".
A real risk for sulphite and sulfur dioxide allergy sufferers. It is therefore advisable for those who are sensitive to these substances not to consume the mushrooms at all but to return them immediately to the store for a replacement or a refund.
