But for Slow Food is a "very limited" risk, which mainly concerns the most vulnerable groups of the population, such as pregnant women, small children, the elderly and the immunosuppressed: "all groups that should also avoid raw meat and pay particular attention to consuming only carefully washed fruit and vegetables ”, Explains the Association.
