  • Meantime remove the outermost leaves of the cabbage, cut it finely and wash it thoroughly,
  • put it in a bowl, season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and vegetarian parmesan flakes and mix.
  • Cooking when finished, remove from the oven, and being careful not to burn yourself, turn the cups upside down on a serving dish and gently remove them.
