Furthermore, by the same date it is necessary that the communication of completion of works has been made at the appropriate office of the competent authority. The same communication must also be sent to the network manager and the GSE.

It was this latter body, with a note from the past few days, that provided the above information and, at the same time, prepared an operating procedure that illustrates the necessary requirements and procedures for presentation of the communication of completion of works. Therefore, those who want to take advantage of the incentive rates of 2010, having the aforementioned requirements, will be able to make the request through the GSE web portal, compulsorily in the period between 1/12/2010 and 31/12/2010.
Through the information system, which manages the incentivized plants pursuant to the Ministerial Decree of 19 February 2007, the System Manager will be given the possibility of access the new procedure for the "Notification of plant work completion", entering the data and documents relating tophotovoltaic system.
All documentation relating to this communication must be sent to the GSE exclusively electronically; at the end of the procedure, one will be issued electronic receipt certifying receipt of the documentation by the GSE.
To dispel any interpretative doubts, during the operational procedure and, in general, on the GSE website, the application methods of law 129 of 13 August 2010 (so-called "Save Alcoa"), Or the law that gave the possibility to enjoy the benefits of the 2010 energy account, under certain conditions, even to those who will actually put the photovoltaic system into operation by June 2011. In particular, what is meant by is deepened end of work on the photovoltaic system as well as the procedure for requesting verification of the conditions provided for by the aforementioned law, including inspection visits to the plants and any penalties for false declarations provided.
