    Ingredients for people 2
    • 3 pears red williams
    • A handful of walnut kernels
    • 50g of gorgonzola
    • arugula (rocket salad)
    • Baby lettuce
    • Sourdough leavened 5-grain bread
    • Extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper

    Cut the sliced ​​bread and then subsequently cut into strips and toast.
