  • 1/2 sachet of baking powder

Preparation:

  1. In a bowl, put all the dry ingredients: flour, sugar and yeast.
  2. In another, combine soy milk and oil.
  3. Combine the two compounds and mix quickly.
  4. Then also add the skins of the caramelized peaches.
  5. Stir to distribute them evenly and put the mixture in the muffin cups filling them up to about 3/4 of their height.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C and cook for about 15 minutes.

ingredients:

  • 400 g of peach peels
  • 200 g of almond yogurt
  • 3 spoons of almond milk
  • Extra dark chocolate flakes
  • Honey to taste (optional)

Procedure:

  1. Pour the yogurt into an ice cube tray until it freezes.
  2. Blend the peach peels with the three tablespoons of milk.
  3. Add the frozen yogurt cubes to the peels and blend quickly until you get a thick cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of peach peel
  • 400 g of brown sugar

Method

  1. In a saucepan, cook the peach skins for about two and a half hours over low heat and stirring occasionally to prevent them from sticking.
  2. Then blend the skins with a blender or immersion blender adding the sugar.
  3. Put it back on the heat over low heat for about 45 minutes - 1 hour until the desired consistency is obtained. Don't forget to always mix.
  4. Let it cool and your jam will be ready!
