Made by F&De Group, the new Milanese restaurant is suggestive and original both in the structures - it gives the impression of eating in a real vegetable garden - and in the philosophy behind each dish.
It is an innovative concept, specifically designed for the food & beverage sector and developed with the scientific supervision of the doctor Anna Villarini, a nutritionist biologist from the National Cancer Institute of Milan, who combines thevegan excellence with the quality and flavors of traditional cuisine.
A real green turning point, visible even from the small details. A few examples?
Breakfast is based on brown rice milk, carrot and apple juice or rye bread, accompanied by organic cheese and vegetable cold cuts; brunch and dinner offer instead wines without sulphites, vegetable juices e organic beer.
Orto also proposes 7 unique dishes, one for each day of the week, which combine in a healthy and balanced way whole grains, legumes, fresh fruit and seasonal vegetables, all divided into 4 areas of "healthy taste".
Among the dishes designed for the vegetarians, we find timbale of brown red rice, crunchy vegetables and tofu morsels or chickpea burgers with ramerino, mixed salad in a crunchy basket.
There is no shortage of traditional dishes designed for those who eat meat, but finally a place where vegans and vegetarians can meet class, luxury and enjoy fresh vegetables from the window.
