New food alert. The Ministry of Health has withdrawn a batch of organic durum wheat flour due to the presence of lead exceeding the legal limits.

The recalled product is that of the Gorfini Azienda Agricola. It is the Senatore Cappelli durum wheat flour, stone-ground from organic farming and produced at the plant in Anghiari (AR), Loc. San Lorenzo n. 43.

According to the findings of the analyzes, the flour contains lead levels above the limits.

For this, based on how much reported on the Ministry of Health website, it was withdrawn from the market. In particular, the recalled batch is the 1 kg batch with expiry date 10 July 2018.
