They are good in all sauces. The artichoke season is winding down, but we can still take advantage of the many benefits. One more reason to use them to the fullest and not throw anything away, not even the hardest outer leaves.

Artichokes contain  Vitamin C,  B vitamins, but also vitamin K, useful in the prevention of osteoporosis, iron and copper. Artichoke water is nothing more than the water in which this vegetable was cooked in which, during cooking, most of the vitamins, mineral salts and other substances were dispersed. A concentrate of "health" that is absolutely not lost. It is a detox drink which helpspurge the liver and to improve digestion.

  • 320 of artichoke leaves
  • 1 clove of garlic
