    Even if it appears as one classic country house of about 160 square meters, Net Zero Home is able to produce more energy than you consume. Thanks to a photovoltaic system consisting of 18 solar panels and a heat pump all branded Bosch, it uses solar and geothermal energy for the production of heating and hot water. In addition, inside there are low energy consumption appliances of class A ++ produced by the German multinational, which guarantee further energy savings.



    Bosch's experience in carrying out projects on construction and heating techniques, started with Eco Plus Home in Canada and continued with Energy Plus Home in Germania, continue with Net Zero Home by Serenbe. A place where you can also find the Bosch Experience Center, inside which all Bosch energy-efficient products are exhibited, and in which the construction of three more new homes equipped with Bosch technology.
