Even in October, the garden requires its own care and attention. As for some varieties, such as basil, tomatoes, grapes and peppers, this month we gather the very latest gifts of nature. It is time to go for chestnuts and mushrooms, to finish the harvest and to start the olive harvest, in case you are lucky.
Who has a home garden, will prepare the soil in flower beds and pots to welcome the autumn sowings, collect the aromatic herbs to be dried, think about sowing in seedbeds or in the ground and transplant the plants that need more space. What to sow in October
In October it is possible sow both in pots on your own balcony than in open fields in regions with a milder climate, or in boxes or protected flower beds:

Tips for sowing

Finally, they can transplant in these days sage, thyme, rosemary and marjoram.
