How to prepare themelon salad with feta, avocado and friggitelli: method
- lavare carefully the friggitelli, cut the stalk and empty them internally from both the seeds and the white filaments, then cut them into rings,
- to peel onion and slice it,
- to clean to cut the avocado into small pieces e
- to empty the melon keeping the pulp aside.
- Unire in a large bowl the avocado, the friggitelli, the onion and the melon, then cut the feta into small pieces and add it to the rest of the ingredients,
- season with oil and salt, then mix to mix everything.
