To regain contact with nature we can meditate among the trees to regenerate thanks to their energy but also to help keep the forest clean and collect waste. In this way a beneficial and profitable exchange is created between man and nature.

To regain contact with nature we can meditate in the trees to regenerate us thanks to their energy but also to help keep the forest clean and collect waste. In this way a beneficial and profitable exchange is created between man and nature.





We had already talked about the benefits of meditating surrounded by nature and now those who live in Mestre and surroundings will have the opportunity to devote themselves to this practice and to lend a hand in cleaning the forest of Forte Gazzera.

In fact, an initiative by Eco-Mindfulness organized by Psiche Dintorni. From 15 to 17 pm, those who love nature and want to approach Mindfulness meditation can participate in the event and help make the forest cleaner.

The practice of Mindfulness meditation will allow you to learn to pay attention, in an intentional, conscious and non-judgmental way, to the experience unfolding in the present moment.

Participants will perform the following activities, with focus on awareness of the present moment and respect for nature:

1) to rubbish collection, as an important participatory moment that on the one hand can concretely help the environment to clean itself from the harmful action of man, and on the other hand can help volunteers to mature the importance of a collective commitment aimed at protecting the environment.

2) One walking meditation, to favor the union between mind and body, and that through conscious movement, can open an interior space of interrelation with nature.

3) A Eco-Mindfulness exercise, to encourage full openness to deeply feel one's personal connection with every natural element.

It can be a really good opportunity both to learn Mindfulness meditation and walking meditation, and to make yourself useful to the environment around us and free the forest from waste.
