Lucky has disappeared. The dog was just been declared out of danger and now theEnpa has made known his abduction. The sad story of him must be told, so that such incidents never happen again. A breeder of Foggia attempted to kill his dog. She tied him to the car and dragged him for a few kilometers. For what reason? Apparently, the dog "disturbed" the other animals.

Il abduction it's a implication to say the least disturbing in the story of the puppy who risked death at the behest of his master and who had been saved in extremis by the ENPA in the last few hours. Unknown would have climbed over the fence of the structure managed by the Animal Protection in which the dog was hospitalized and would have kidnapped him by taking him from the box he shared with two other four legs.

"The ways in which the animal disappeared" - declared Marco Lupoli, president of Enpa section of Manfredonia - “they do not seem to leave any doubt that it is a kidnapping linked to the investigation on terrible violence of which it has been a victim in recent days. How else to explain that the only one missing today was Lucky? And how can we explain that this happened in the aftermath of the vast echo that the story of the poor four-legged has had throughout the country? ".

Let's reconstruct the whole story of Lucky. The serious case of animal abuse occurred at Manfredonia, in the province of Foggia. The police officers intervened to report the man who had tied the dog to the car with a rope around his neck and had dragged him with the car on the provincial road that connects Manfredonia to Zapponeta.

Lucky was in danger of dying between atrocious sufferings if two passers-by had not intervened, they stopped the man and immediately notified the authorities. The breeder therefore abandoned the dog in poor condition on the roadside and tried to run away. Lucky was taken to the health clinic of the municipal kennel of Manfredonia. In the meantime, the local Enpa veterinary service was alerted, which immediately took care of the dog and transported him to the facility where he was hospitalized until recently.

Marco Lupoli, present of the Enpa of Manfredonia, he assisted to a chilling scene: “When I arrived on the spot I witnessed a chilling sight. Untied from the car, the puppy had been thrown into a ditch adjacent to the roadway and was standing motionless, curled up on himself with the body torn by wounds. I thought he was dead. I approached the dog, I caressed him and he moved making me understand that he was still alive, although in a strong state of shock ".

Carla Rocchi, national president of the Enpa said: “Crimes of this kind represent the denial of the most basic ethical and civilization principles; of course we are committed so that they do not happen again ”. The asphalt resulted in Lucky very severe bruises all over the body, but the big dog withstood the torture and was rescued in time. The farmer was accused of animal abuse. The offense includes a penalty that goes from 4 months to 2 years in prison.

The news of disappearance of Lucky was disclosed only a few minutes ago. The hope is that it will be found soon safe and sound.
