A barter shop that allows you to exchange items thanks to an alternative currency, the Lillero. How to donate to see it realized.
He is about to end up run over, his mother saves himBaratto in Tuscany: in the beautiful town of Capannori, in the province of Lucca, already known for its excellent ability to manage waste, there is a winning initiative: Lillero, the barter market, in the name of savings and reuse, a "place" for meeting and exchange.
And if so far Lillero did not enjoy a fixed abode, now four stubborn boys - Andrea, Violetta, Iacopo and Matteo - have made up their minds to give Lillero a house and start a small crowdfunding to transform the market into a real shop
“We want to grow and build a shop that works according to the same principles as the previous editions, but is usable on a daily basis. An environment in which it becomes possible not only to barter, but also to meet and integrate, with attention to the values of friendship, solidarity and ecology ".
In fact, it has been online for a few days on eppela una fundraising to make this philosophy of bartering “a reality that can be shared every day”, a shop that is always open to everyone, a shop “based on the concepts of sustainable consumption, reuse and links between people”.
Kids don't ask for much, just what it takes to cover their first year expenses:
- pay the utilities for the new headquarters, which they will have free of charge for the first year thanks to the collaboration of a supporter
- get the furniture and set up the shop
- get a computer to keep in store
- bear the costs for the transition from physical to digital minting
- promote the project
- give a small reimbursement of expenses to the volunteers
