    The British chef has visibly changed in recent years, he has lost 12 kilos in a relatively short time, but what amazed everyone is the way he lost weight. 

    In an interview with Radio Times, Oliver said he had made big changes in his daily diet and more generally in his lifestyle:

    I ate less meat and more vegetables, slept more and got more exercise. I lost 12 pounds pretty fast and certainly not from not eating. In fact, I ate a lot more than I was used to.

    The chef then advised anyone who wants to lose weight the simple trick of reversing the portions of meat and vegetables, obviously if it is generally usual to eat more the first than the second food.

    As for snacks, however, he recommended nuts and dried fruit, foods that are extremely useful for heart health.

    Another food often underestimated but which should instead be included more often in our diet are the seaweed which the chef defined as “the most nutritious vegetable in the world”, recalling that “they are rich in iodine”.

    As we said, in addition to dietary changes, Oliver has also changed his lifestyle: he has reduced alcohol consumption, he tried to sleep more the night (as much as possible with 5 children!) and done more movement.



    Regarding alcohol, he stated:

    I'm not telling you what to do, but my pace now is to drink only on weekends.
