- 450 grams of stale bread
- 100 gr of almond flour
- 500 ml of milk (also vegetable)

Leftover bread cake: preparation
Cut the bread stale in cubes, place it in a bowl and pour over the cold milk, let it soften for a few minutes, then squeeze it and transfer it to a bowl, add the almond flour, the eggs and mix vigorously until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, then add the apple, the peel of lemon, sugar and yeast, stir again to homogenize the mixture and pour it into a pan lined with baking paper, level the surface with a spatula, sprinkle with more brown sugar, then cook at 180 degrees (in a preheated oven) for about 45-50 minutes.

You can fill with powdered sugar obtained by chopping in the food processor or in the chopper the raw cane sugar.
