Kyle Kelleher is only thirteen but he was able to create a viral video really touching on the treatment given to pigs in intensive farms. To do this he used Clay animation, or Claymation, an animation technique that consists of creating characters and backgrounds with plasticine taken with single images after slightly modifying the positions of the elements in the scene.

Through claymation and a chilling narrative, Kelleher gives a taste of what it means to be a pig in a gestation cage - a microscopic fence used in the agricultural sector to confine breeding pigs for their entire lifespan. That's how this little boy is gave a voice to the animals that suffer in millions around the world.

To make the narration even more touching, they have been inserted into the shocking video real-life audio and images in factory farms, where animals are subjected to a life of abuse, locked up in cramped cages, barbarously mutilated in their tails and ears, castrated without anesthesia just a few days old.

Sometimes people refuse to see images of activists' investigations shot undercover. Kyle Kelleher especially addresses them, using a lot of empathy and simple pieces of plasticine. The invitation is clear: avoid closing your eyes.
