Le mobile homes they are not just refurbished campers or old buses. For those with a penchant for Tiny Houses and for contemporary minimalism and for those who would like to live always on the go, it arrives Koda.

Kodasema's Estonian designers have created a small prefabricated house that can move with its owners. This mobile home prototype it was designed with functionality off-grid and can be disassembled and prepared for relocation in just four hours.

The Koda prototype was made with lightweight but at the same time resistant materials. Hence the birth of a miniature house to be mounted on different surfaces without the need for foundations.

All the materials used are non-toxic and several Koda mini houses can be combined to have more space available, since they are modular. Koda is able to exploit the sun to produce the energy necessary for lighting and for the operation of the LED lights.

Koda can be connected to the mains and sewerage or can remain off-grid at the moment for short periods of time. In any case, Koda in the minds of its creators can become part of any environment and transform itself into a town house or a holiday home but also into a bar, an office, a workshop or a studio.

Kodasema plans to sell Koda in Estonia from the end of autumn at a price of around € 85, but costs could be lowered if the project is successful. We still don't know if Koda will go on sale internationally.
