The video he shoots has been around the web, particularly in Spain a small cat forced to undergo real torture by a boy who forces him to walk on two legs and then puts a lit cigarette in his mouth to make him smoke.

The boys were then identified, they are some young people from El Ejido (Almeria), in Andalusia, who enjoyed drinking beer and torturing a cat but who have now been reported for animal abuse.
The perpetrators were identified thanks to the general indignation of the people who saw the video on the web. Pacma, the Spanish animal rights party, then turned it over to the national police in order to identify those responsible.
According to Pacma:
"These types of events happen and spread constantly on social networks with total impunity, as those who commit such acts are aware of the ridiculous penalties for those who mistreat animals."
The party has long called for a change in Spain's legislation to tighten penalties so that "people who are able to treat animals in this way receive exemplary sanctions," said Pacma spokeswoman Laura Duarte.
The kitten in the pictures and the other cat of the same age in the house were recovered and taken to safety. Fortunately they are fine.
