In short, a new ideal home concept which in its aesthetic form certainly has the most evident feature. The structure, in fact, is a egg-shaped prefab but with internal geometries that are perfectly respectful of the architectural tradition. A egg-shaped flat which is put on by assembling it and connecting the various parts just as if it were a real one assembly kit.
The structure is also designed to be placed correctly in the service networks (water and electricity) having its appreciable concept of eco-sustainability right from its aesthetic form: the egg-shaped geometryin fact, it is perfectly close to the idyllic combination of maximum volume vs minimum surface area. Moreover, we can find ourselves in front of different technical and design solutions: the external heat-insulating "shell", a integrated wind and solar energy recovery system, the double member that functions as a ventilated wall and - finally - a work capable of guaranteeing the recovery of wastewater and rainwater.
Kasa Uovo, even if it is not yet present, can certainly represent a future opportunity. In certain climatic conditions, in fact, it can guarantee savings of 70% less than a normal house. The project is almost ready, the creator Roberto Casati is just waiting for a nod from institutions and public bodies to ensure that the words can take over, as soon as possible, the facts and thus realize his "Valley of the ova".
A housing solution, undoubtedly a winning one, which is just waiting to be implemented. Her weaknesses? We are sure that finding them will be, allow me the pun, as difficult as finding a nit!
