Javier de Riba's splendid geometric designs in abandoned buildings

How to revive old abandoned buildings? But simple: with the painting! The Spanish artist Xavier de Riba He knows it well and has taken a liking to it: using spray paint, stencils and such a dose of patience and passion, he paints splendid geometric designs on the floors of old buildings, decorating them as if they were covered with real ceramic tiles.
The designer, born in Barcelona, is motivated by an "ongoing battle against stagnation, in favor of versatility and innovation", like him says. And it shows. Javier uses spray paints not in the way you might imagine: instead of working on the interior or exterior walls of the buildings that he finds before his eyes, de Riba paints the floors, tracing bright geometries, large and small. The patterns de Riba creates look exactly like terracotta floors, making the building look like an elegantly renovated structure.
Working like a screen printer, the artist moves from left to right, top to bottom, completing the tile sections layer by layer. First he paints a large square or rectangular white base, and then with stencils and colored spray paints or paint rollers!
From de Riba's website we read: “With each new venture, his restlessness leads him to question his personal style, and to reinterpret and better serve each individual project. For Javier, each piece challenges his aesthetic, leading him to try out new styles and techniques, while his existing skills balance with his desire for growth and exploration ”.
The result is gorgeous graffiti and unique geometric designs. What if someone tries here? Would he be accused of vandalism?
