More and more municipalities are organizing themselves in some way to offer the little ones, deprived of kindergarten and school for many months, the possibilities that, in safety, allow them to return to attend their classmates. Ivrea also decided to reopen at band 3-6 thanks to an outdoor "experimental school" in city parks.
Only yesterday we told you about the mayor of San Lazzaro di Savena, Isabella Conti, who has decided to offer all students of all levels in her city the opportunity to live together on the last day of school in the park.

We now add Ivrea which, in these days, is experimenting with outdoor school for children aged 3 to 6. It is about an outdoor education project which, from Tuesday 26 to Friday 29 May, in the gardens of the Don Milani and S. Antonio schools will allow some children residing in Ivrea to return to attend their peers in the school parks they already know.
Here the little ones have ample space to play, discover nature, use outdoor games but also do activities on tables equipped and positioned to ensure correct spacing.
They have been trained 2 distinct groups of 5 children for each location, to whom an educator is assigned to accompany them in their activities throughout the morning (the timetable is in fact from 8.00 to 13.00). Then there is another educator who, in each location, is not only a support to her colleagues but also useful for guaranteeing the safe entry and exit of children and according to the anticovid19 rules.
In fact, there are strict rules to be respected. Are expected staggered admissions every 5 minutes which will avoid the crowding of parents.
Several times a day the hand and face washing and at the entrance all fever will be measured.

The educators, on the other hand, specifically trained on how to behave to avoid contagions and on strategies for social distancing, are equipped with a mask and have previously been subjected to serological tests.
Children participating in the outdoor education project will have to pay a fee of 40 euros for the entire period, which is currently limited to 4 days but, if everything goes well, as they let the administration know, the service will continue and can be extended to other children until the official start of the summer camps scheduled for June 15th.
