This is not to say that we should erase all fears, because in some cases fear is positive and saves our lives. We mean that we must not allow ourselves to be blocked by fear, but that we must face it and overcome it when we can to continue living at its best.
Emotional freedom doesn't mean letting our anger explode whenever we want, it means learning to use our emotional intelligence to better express our emotions.

Being emotionally free means knowing how to manage our feelings and emotions, being able to make decisions and stop being prisoners of the unhappiness that prevents us from taking care of our true needs.

Stop repressing emotions
Many of us may have been educated in the culture of silence, where there is a ban on crying in front of others and showing one's emotions. Repressing emotions can be bad for your health. Better learn to listen and manage emotions instead of repressing them. We have to learn a express our needs, not to hide them, and to ask directly what we need to get better from the people concerned.

Learn to speak for yourself
Speak in first person it is not a sign of self-centeredness but of the need to truly express one's personal right to freedom, to existence and to give voice to needs and opinions. Asking for help when needed is not selfish. Speaking in the first person is part of our self-determination and self-realization both in daily life and at work.

Understanding and managing emotions
If we are faced with strong emotions such as anger and fear we must understand where they come from and where to direct them. Sometimes anger can be directed not only towards others but also towards oneself while fear can become an obstacle rather than a help or a push towards survival. If we need to vent strong emotions we can find some ways to channel them, for example physical activity and artistic expression but also the decision to set new goals to be achieved.

Don't forget dreams and projects
We always try to remember what our most important dreams and projects are and let's not abandon them. We try to carry them forward little by little when we find ourselves in a difficult moment but we try not to close them in that drawer where they will be forgotten. We continue to fight for what we love and want.

Remember that we are stronger than we think
