If you see 2022 as a decidedly black year. Here's how not to get overwhelmed by uncertainties and fears.

2022 has not started in the best way, we have been tested by two years of a pandemic, and most of us may not see positive notes on the horizon.

We can be overwhelmed by a genuine distrust of what the future holds, and for this very reason a review can be useful to keep us mentally healthy.

How, then, to face the new year in the best possible way? Here are some tips from the experts:

  1. having big goals, but keeping your feet on the ground: having too high expectations can be frustrating when we realize we don't have the right resources
  2. give yourself new incentives without fear of failure, at work and in private life
  3. appreciate what you are and what you have already achieved, without underestimating yourself
  4. recognize the value of everything done so far
  5. do not seek approval from others
  6. put passion into whatever you do
  7. never forget to be human and accept failures

How can you not lose sight of positive goals? Take a blank sheet of paper and divide it into three columns where you will answer these questions in reference to 2022:

  1. What do I want to do?
  2. Who do I want to be?
  3. What do I want to have?
