We can be overwhelmed by a genuine distrust of what the future holds, and for this very reason a review can be useful to keep us mentally healthy.
How, then, to face the new year in the best possible way? Here are some tips from the experts:
- having big goals, but keeping your feet on the ground: having too high expectations can be frustrating when we realize we don't have the right resources
- give yourself new incentives without fear of failure, at work and in private life
- appreciate what you are and what you have already achieved, without underestimating yourself
- recognize the value of everything done so far
- do not seek approval from others
- put passion into whatever you do
- never forget to be human and accept failures
How can you not lose sight of positive goals? Take a blank sheet of paper and divide it into three columns where you will answer these questions in reference to 2022:
- What do I want to do?
- Who do I want to be?
- What do I want to have?
