    Another recall for ethylene oxide. carcinogenic substance banned in the European Union since 1991, but increasingly found in commonly used products that we eat every day. This time the notice from the Ministry of Health concerns an ice cream.





    These are the white truffles and black truffles under the Iper brand, produced by New Cold srl in the Lodi plant. The lot number involved is 21067, with expiration date March 8, 2023, in the 180 gram pack.
