The president of the fourth section of the TAR for Lombardy (decree n.1224 of 01.09.2020) has in fact accepted the application for the precautionary suspension of the council decree of last September 22 with which the Region, in contravention of the opinion of Ispra, had introduced at the last minute the possibility of some in Lombardy additional hunting days for migratory game from fixed posting: to be added to the three already possible until the end of November.
The suspension is on October 28st, and the TAR will enter into the merits of the appeal on October XNUMXth. In the meantime, many birds will be able to continue their journey with less chance of being shot.
