It happens almost without realizing it become one's own worst enemies and to break up the good in life. Perhaps because sometimes being sad and depressed is more convenient than recognizing that you can be happy?
If you find that you have self-destructive attitudes, immediately try to get back on track and change course towards constructive behaviors and positive ones that can lead you to a full, happy and creative life.
To stop ruining one's life, with the risk of making others feel bad too, it is first of all good to learn how to really appreciate what you have: children, family, friends, your partner or in any case those people who are always important to us even when we are already and who color our days.
These people are fundamental, they are real gifts to us and we can instruct them to warn us when they realize that we are engaging in self-destructive attitudes. They will help prevent us from ruining our lives.

Our attitude towards life is the first step in regaining one positive outlook. Simply put, we have to learn to smile since the simple gesture of a smile brings serenity both in us and in others. Sometimes, then, we let ourselves be carried away by the negativity of others and we begin to see everything black for no reason. We listen to those who tell us that the city we live in is not good or that the friends we hang out with are nothing special. Why should we let the opinion of others lead us to leave out the good things in our life?
