It allows to eliminate a large amount of carbon dioxide and to maintain lung elasticity. It introduces a rich and purifying flow of oxygen into the lungs. It is based on diaphragmatic breathing and on a strong contraction of the abdominal muscles, always inhaling and inspiring only from the nose. Herbal syrup

One of the methods suggested to promote a natural purification of the lungs consists in the use of emollient herbs suitable for freeing the mucosa from harmful substances with which it can come into contact. The most useful herbs in that case are represented da mallow, marshmallow and grindelia, which can be taken in the form of syrup, in the amount of one tablespoon two or three times a day. Eucalyptus helps expel harmful substances and germs through the mucus. Lavender frees the lungs of accumulated substances through breathing; mint acts as an anti-inflammatory for the respiratory tract and thyme contains thymol, a powerful fluidifier of phlegm.
