If you are used to pit the cherries after having cut them in half with a knife and still making some effort to keep them intact so that they are pleasing to the eye when you use them to decorate desserts, it is really time to change the method.

In fact, to pit the cherries, the knife and the cutting board are really no longer needed. Just have one on hand bottle it's a wooden rod Chinese or Japanese restaurant, or another similar, non-pointed wooden stick.
