Walk in the water

If you are afraid of going towards the sea that becomes deeper than the shore, try to do it very gradually, perhaps in the company of a friend who respects your fear. Start making long walks with the water first at the ankles and then at the knee and gradually try to go further on. Choose a day when the sea is calm and maybe you prefer the first hours of sunshine when the beaches are not yet crowded.
