Gradually you can increase it to learn to meditate longer. In one minute you can simply begin focusing on your slow, calm breathing and try to become aware of the inhalation and exhalation phases.



The biggest advantage of this technique is quick and easy meditation is to be able to take a short break anywhere and at any time of the day, for example before lunch, in the morning before breakfast or in the evening before dinner, during a train ride or just before starting work.
